Alba Scarpa 1990 er en rødvin fra producenten Antica Casa Vinicola Scarpa. Vinen er fra årgang 1990 og bærer klassifikationen Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC). Den er tappet direkte i produktionszonen af producenten selv og har en alkoholprocent på 12,80 %.

Vinen er fremstillet på Nebbiolo, som er en italiensk topdrue. Denne druesort er særligt kendt for at skabe elegante vine med en stor struktur. Nebbiolo er dybt forankret i Piemonte og er den bærende kraft bag nogle af regionens mest anerkendte vine fra områder som Barolo og Barbaresco.

Druerne til denne vin stammer fra området Alba i regionen Piemonte. Piemonte, som bogstaveligt betyder "ved bjergets fod", ligger i det nordvestlige Italien og er omkranset af Alperne. Det betragtes som en af verdens absolut mest prestigefyldte vinregioner med et enormt fokus på terroir, hvor jordbund og mikroklima påvirker vinen. Landskabet er præget af dramatiske, stejle bakker, der ofte svøbes i tyk morgentåge om efteråret, hvilket beskytter druerne og giver en lang modning.

The wines must be from quality producers, stored according to all the rules of the art, and pass our final quality assurance when the wine arrives at our warehouse.

  • Sweden: 2-3 days (150 SEK)
  • Finland: 2-3 days (15 EUR)
  • Germany: 2-3 days (15 EUR)
  • Netherlands: 2-4 days (15 EUR)
  • Generally for EU countries: 2-5 days (15-25 EUR)

NOTE: There may be 1-2 days longer delivery time in remote areas.

Returns: You always have a 30-day right of return.
NOTE : All orders from November 15th to December 24th can be returned until January 31st.

Super service and very helpful. Lost one of the bottles during transport and reported it to Bottles With History. It was fixed immediately and a new bottle was sent immediately. (Actually a better wine in my opinion) It is very difficult to guarantee that older bottles are drinkable, like the Barolo from 69 I tried. Anders came to the rescue again and of course sent a new bottle of the same caliber. Thank you very much for the good service, can definitely recommend shopping here in safe hands.
